Rules for documents compilation

Pay attention during the documents compilation. Errors may generate a wrong or failed registration.

LAR for companies:

• Print the document
• Compile following fields:
  • Domain Name
  • Data and name of the legal representative
    (Name, Company Name, VAT Number, Location)
• Check flag for the Personal Data Protection
• Specify subscriber Name and Family Name
• Sign the specified fields

LAR for individuals:

• Print document
• Compile following fields
  • Domain Name
  • Name and personal data
    (Name, birth place, location, passport or other ID document)
• Check flag for the Personal Data Protection
• Specify subscriber Name and Family Name
• Sign the specified fields

Service subscription contract :

• Print document
• Write requested domain and extension
• Select solution kind and requested services
• Write service and activation costs
• Specify the payment kind
• Compile domain registration data and, if they're different, invoicing data
• Sign the specified fields

You have to compile, take care to put your actual maintainer on the field old provider name, sign and send by fax at +39.011-404.48.73

You need to:

1. Download, print and compile the SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION CONTRACT

Service subscription contract:

• Print the document
• Write requested domain and extension
• Select solution kind and requested services
• Write service and activation costs
• Specify the payment kind
• Compile domain registration data and, if they're different, invoicing data
• Sign the specified fields

You have to check if your domain was expired or expiring in 30 days. The domain have to be recently registered (by 60 days). Domain owner has to contact the Registrar and ask the AUTH-CODE, a special code that let the trasfer be made.

Once you sent your request we take charge of this and start the domain transferring procedure. This procedure is fast (few hours), but if you haven't noticed uet after 24 hours please send us a notice. Quickly we'll send another request.

Validity of Domain Transfer request is 5 days. After this period, if Admin-c of New Registrar doesn't accept the request, the procedure is automatically canceled.
Domain Admin-c become the headquarter of the Transfer operation one he received the first request. He has all emails to activate the Domain Transfer operation. Other subjects are two Registrars: the actual one and the forthcoming one (like Netweb in this case).
The procedure success will depend on the satisfaction of Registrars needs. The could be some technical problems like:

• Missing forthcoming Registrar request
• Mail deleted once arrived
• Incorrect answer to the request
• English text misunderstanding
• Missed controlpanel login
• Answer delay (after 5 days)
