ETRN (Extenden Turn) is a SMTP Protocol extension to send Emails.

If your mailserver may crash down for several reasons your incoming emails may be sent back to the sender.

You'll never take this risk with the Backup Mail service. You will receive all the incoming messages checked with Antivirus nd Antispam filter when your mailserver will go back working with a simple ETRN connection.
