You can create a standard message and use it as a read confirmaton.
From Tools panel go on Options, then Read Confirmation
Now set Subject and Message fields
Focus: words into "%" are VARIABLES. Once the message will be send that words
will be replaced with the sender, the subject, the adress.
For example %FROM% will be replaced with sender E-mail adress.
You can choose if you want keep or delete confirmation text variables
