Admin - Manage Domain Settings

From the Management panel you can easily manage your email accounts.

Compare, appena aperta l' interfaccia Admin, nell' area centrale: It appears into the main area once the Admin interface is opened,

Clicking on the string “www.yourdomain.com” you can view end edit all your website accounts, make a quick search put users, groups, mailing list, list server as parameters.

You can immediately view your account numbers and relative limits.

You can entirely manage your email accounts from the Settings panel:

  • DOMAIN
    • Domain
      • You can set domain name, give it a short description and modify it
      • Verify concerns exclusively Distribuited Domains and Backups
      • Distribuited Domain uses a VRFY or RCPT command to locate server when you define users. We recommend to use VRFY command. RCPT commando could be useful for (very rare) servers that don’t support VRFY command.
      • With “Default” string will be used VRFY command.
    • Administrator
      • You can manage the default role (postmaster; admin; administrator; supervisor; hostmaster; webmaster; abuse)
      • You also can put an e-mail adress to contact the role you chosen in case of site problems (generally webmaster, webadmin, administrator @sitename.com)
    • Unknown Accounts
      • You can select the action you prefer to manage unknown accounts.
      • You also can deny incoming e-mails for that account, forward to a specific e-mail address, or delete them.
      • You can also forward to the system administrator If you want forward these messages to a specific e-mail adress
  • LIMITS
    • Users
      For your users you can set Domain Admin Account limits, the Disk Quota, the Send Out Data limit per day, the Send Out Message limit.
    • Expiration
      You can create and set an Expiration Date for a specific account.
  • DKIM
    (Only for abled users): you can create an authentication framework for Domain Level DomainKeys. For more info consult the help section (icon put on the right side of the admin page).
  • RULES
    Admin rules are the same of Web Mail. You can add, manage, delete some rules to create specific filters for account management. If you use a lot of rules the view is divided in different pages.   • INFORMATION
    There are some info about the domain and accounts as: Domain, Description, Accounts, Domain Admin Account limits, Type, Expire Date, IP Adress, Hostname, E-mail, Default alias.
