MAILING LIST:
Select Mailing List from the top-right menu
You'll see a controlpanel to create a new Mailing List. You can set an Alias, a description and an Unique Administrator to manage Mailing List
Once you created the Mailing List will be shown into accounts list. Clicking on you can customize options and manage the Members list,
add/ remove, modify adress and settings.
MEMBERS:
You can vew a list of subscribed members; you can add, manage or delete users.
MESSAGE:

From:
You can set sender (the mailing list adress you want to use).

Header-reply to:
You can set, in case of answer from the reached Imposta, in caso di eventuale risposta da parte dell’utente raggiunto, a che indirizzo di posta recapitare il messaggio.

Message:
You can choose to insert the recipient name into "To:" field, add a preset phrase into "Subject" or Header, set Headers and footers into
the E-mail body, select which account will be showed as Sender. If you won't select anyone the E-mail adress itself will be the Mailing
List sender. If you select "Owner" it will be showed as sender. The same is for "Sender".
SECURITY:
You can set that only abled users can send messages. You also can put a security password before subject.
DISABLE EXPN OPTION:
If you're not expert about networks we suggest you to keep disabled the EXPN Option. It is considered a potentially security risk.
We mean that spammers can take a list of valid e-mail adresses by mailing list.
You also can able or disable Antivirus, Antispam and Quarantine services.
OPTIONS:
You can chose of:
- Send mailing list to the sender, too.
- Forward an e-mail copy to the mailing list owner.
- Activate Mailing List Digest service (= you can customize your mailing list to a “digest only” list; it won't consider invididual settings and at midnight it will send a standard message to all users with all messages of the day.)
- Customize Mailing List variables
- Delete unreachable addresses (for example unused or disabled-from-user)
- Manage subscribe/ unsubscrib operations.
RULES:
Rules interface works exacly as Webmail one. With Admin controlpanel you can alse set rules for alla accounts. For more info go to
